Inter Milan secured their first trophy under coach Rafael Benitez with an easy victory over Congolese side TP Mazembe to win the Club World Cup in Abu Dhabi.
Samuel Eto'o set up Goran Pandev's opener before adding the second himself with Joseph Biabiany's late third wrapping up the victory.
Unfancied Mazembe beat Brazil's Internacional to reach the final but never threatened another upset.
Dioko Kaluyituka had some good chances but could not find a way through.
Two goals in five minutes did the early damage, with Eto'o's defence-splitting pass setting up the first goal, and Javier Zanetti being the provider for the second.
Muteba Kidiaba made two superb saves from Diego Milito to prevent the Italians running away with it, and before half time the Congolese team had their own best chance, when Kaluyituka's powerful shotwas blocked by Ivan Cordoba.
After half-time Inter's Maicon hit the outside of the post, and Kaluyituka missed another chance when he was forced wide and the angle became too acute.
Julio Cesar then made a good save from his volley, and that turned out to be Mazembe's last chance, and substitute Biabiany's perfectly timed run allowed him to net the clincher.
Inter's triumph sees them add another trophy to go with the Champions League, Italian league and Cup, and European and Italian Super Cups that they already hold.
