Pratley's contract talks with the Swans have been put on hold for the time being, with Bolton manager Owen Coyle eager to land him in the January transfer window.
The official line from Swansea is that the contract talks have been postponed as the club are trying to focus on their promotion push but talkSPORT understands Pratley is unlikely to be part of their bid for the Premier League.
Instead, he's set for an instant move to the top flight with Coyle's Bolton and a deal to take the 25-year-old midfielder to the Reebok is imminent.
