Westwood and Larson Sign for Sunderland

Sunderland have confirmed they have agreed terms with Sebastian Larsson and Keiren Westwood.
Skysports reported earlier on Wednesday that Larsson was on Wearside to undergo a medical while Coventry confirmed that Westwood had left the club after failing to agree a new deal. And Sunderland later announced on the club's official website that the pair will sign with the Premier League club on July 1.
Larsson, 26, was interesting a host of clubs including Arsenal, Aston Villa, Fulham, Newcastle and Blackburn after coming out of contract at relegated Birmingham. But the Sweden midfielder has opted to reunite with Black Cats boss Steve Bruce, who signed Larsson for Birmingham in 2006, initially on loan.
Westwood had announced his desire to see out his contract at Coventry before the end of the season.

And although the Championship side put a new contract offer to the Republic of Ireland international, the 26-year-old keeper wants the chance to test himself in the top flight
