Liverpool and Spurs Chase German International
Liverpool and Spurs remain keen on Werder Bremen star Marko Marin as other top European clubs line up to make a January move for him.
The playmaker has impressed in the Bundesliga this season and is seen as a versatile asset as he can feature all across the midfield for the German club.
The 22-year-old is also a German international and has reportedly been on the radar of both Spurs and Liverpool for some time.
The latest suggestions are that the Premier League duo are set to do battle for his signature in January - with Werder wanting at least £10million for him - but several other Premier League clubs are also interested.
Arsenal and Chelsea have watched him in action while big-spending Manchester City are likely to be keen too should it become clear he will be allowed to move on in the new year.
As well as interest from England, the big guns in Spain - Barcelona and Real Madrid - are also said to be monitoring Marin so a transfer scramble could be on the cards come January.
