Spurs and Arsenal Eye QPR Midfielder
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly set to clash with rivals Arsenal for the signature of Queens Park Rangers midfielder Alejandro Faurlin. The highly-rated 25-year-old has impressed in the Premier League this season and it is rumoured that the Hoops have set a price tag of £10 million for the Argentinean. Faurlin’s form for QPR has already alerted Italian giants Inter Milan, with Tottenham and Arsenal also watching the situation closely. Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has been linked with a move for the playmaker, who is seen as a possible replacement for Luka Modric - subject of a £40m bid from Chelsea in the summer. Further offers for the Croatian international are expected in January and Redknapp is exploring other options in case the club decides to sell him.
